A big thank you to all the teachers out there! You encourage kids to spread their wings and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
As a new parent, one of the most difficult things for me was sending Alice to daycare. We were lucky to find KASP (Kids Are Special People). The teachers and staff at KASP welcomed Alice when she was only three-months old. KASP is right across the street from Boise High School and was close enough for me to rush over at lunch to snuggle and nurse Alice when she was a baby. Not having to worry if your child is in good hands while you work is paramount.

Yesterday was the Shooting Stars class last day of the school year. Last fall we transitioned from full-time to part-time which was perfect for us. Alice got more mama time and some school time. It feels strange that we won’t be riding to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays anymore. We’ll keep these sweet memories though and the friendships we made along the way. Thank you to KASP and to all teachers! You’re doing a great job.

Taking Alice to daycare was by far one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to do. But the teachers at KASP were absolutely amazing. Not to mention all of the great families and the friendships that were created along our way. They will be truly missed.
